Our Little LIGHTs program is where your child’s gymnastics journey truly begins. Created specifically for babies, toddlers, and young children, this program introduces the foundations of movement in a warm, supportive, and play-focused environment. Through age-appropriate activities, guided exploration, and imaginative circuits, children develop the essential building blocks of physical literacy—balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, spatial awareness, and body control.

More importantly, Little LIGHTs is designed to help children fall in love with movement. Our coaches use positive encouragement and creative play to help every child feel confident, capable, and excited to learn. Whether your child is taking their very first steps or already bouncing with energy, Little LIGHTs provides a safe place for them to grow, explore, and shine.
