Men's Artistic Gymnastics, known as MAG, is an Olympic discipline that highlights strength, power, coordination, balance, and control. Athletes compete on six apparatus: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar. Each routine showcases dynamic skills, precise technique, and impressive athleticism that define the sport.
At LIGHT Gymnastics, our experienced Coaching Team fosters a positive and challenging environment for athletes of all levels. Our MAG program includes Developmental, and Competitive pathways, supporting athletes from their first skills through advanced levels.
Through MAG, athletes not only build strength and physical ability but also develop confidence, discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. We are committed to keeping parents engaged and informed throughout their athlete's journey, building a strong community where every athlete can thrive.
