Handstand work, cartwheels on line,
forward rolls in multiple shapes,
walkover preparations

Bars

Longer holds & chin-up pushes,
glide swings with shaping,
cast work, pullover progressions

Beam

Releve walks, straight-leg kicks,
pivot turns, small rebounds,
lever shapes and cartwheel prep

Vault / Tumbling Track

Stronger rebounds, donkey kicks,
handstand shaping at 45°,
run-to-handstand flat-back drills

Trampoline

Shape jumps with height,
½ and full turns, split jumps,
bum-to-stomach progressions

Physical Conditioning

Core and shoulder shaping,
rope climb with straddle holds,
wall handstands, leg lifts
