Are parties good for my athelte age (2?, 6?, 10?)?​

• Yes, we tailor our Gymnastics, Dance or Nerf to the skills and age of the attendees.​

Can we bring our own food?​

• Yes, we offer food and drink add-ons to make booking easy, however you are welcome to bring your own drink and food. We have a fridge and freezer on site for party use.​

Do attendees need to sign waviers?​

• Yes, all attendees must create a LIGHT Account, then add their students and asign the online waviers during student creation.​

Do parents need to stay during the party?

• Parents are welcome to stay and watch. For younger children, we recommend parents remain on site to help with washroom breaks, snacks, and supervision off the floor. Parents are not allow on the gymnastics floor unless they are also added to the account as students and have signed AGF wavier.​

What should kids wear?

• Kids should wear comfortable athletic clothing they can move in. Bare feet are best for gymnastics and trampoline areas. Avoid dresses, jewelry, jeans, or clothing with zippers/buttons.​

How early can we arrive to set up?

• Families can usually arrive 10 minutes before the party start time to set up the party area. We recommend keeping decorations simple and easy to clean up.

Do kids need gymnastics experience?

• No experience is needed. Parties are designed to be fun and accessible for beginners while still exciting for kids who already love gymnastics.​​​
